We accept PPO, PDP, POS, and Indemnity plans from the following companies (sorry we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid or HMO plans for payment). We will file your claim, meaning fewer insurance headaches for you. Patients are responsible for knowing the requirements of their plans. If you don't have insurance, we offer fair, affordable fees and financing.
